Error within Project Professional when trying to "Collaborate"...

With Enterprise mode of MS Project Server 2002 and
SharePoint Team services/SQL server/web server
configuration, upon loading MS Project Professional 2002
on the workstations,we are unable to select "Collaborate"
and publish a project... The web client works, but not the
Collaboration connectivity within Project Professional
2002 clients, using Project Server ID's instead of NT ID's
because of our Novell NOS environment. We have loaded
MDAC 2.7 as well as MSXML 4.0 on these workstations before
the complete install of Professional. We attempt to
create the Project Server ID on the machine within the
client and get an error message saying the server is busy
or unavailable or we don't have enterprise options
enabled, but none of these are true... Any help out there?
