I've just started administering an Exchange 5.5 / Outlook 2002 network. Tomorrow we intend to upgrade to Small Business Server 2003 and I'm trying to export everyone's mail (we store mail on the server rather than use internet mail)
No one has really taken care of this stuff before here and the inboxes of 3 staff members are huge, around 14,000 mails. I'm trying to archive old stuff and then export the newer mails but each time I run these from the Outlook 2003 clients I get errors, most often right at the end of the process. Also, the client is in Swedish, which doesn't help when posting here..
Has anyone got any tips to help out here - one of the inboxes is the CEO (a great guy with little or no computer sense) who simply cannot afford to lose his mail (i've been tempted to delete the lot out of frustration!
