Excel 2002/2003 Add-in for SQL Server Analysis Services and XP-SP2

Is "Excel 2002/2003 Add-in for SQL Server Analysis
Services" supported under Win XP SP2 ?

When I try to install it I get "The advertised application
will not be installed because it is unsafe. Contact your
administator to change the installation user interface
option of the package to basec".
