excel 2003 worksheet

I have been working on a worksheet for scheduling at work with no problems
then all of a sudden I am unable to change, add or delete anything from the
worksheet. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening and what i can do
to fix it? This is an important document for work.

You have either protected the worksheet or workbook structure, do yo
get a warning when trying to change anything?, if you do what is th
