Excel Borders

Quick Question....I hope <G>. I have a user that has
both a desktop and a laptop. If she prints an Excel
Spreadsheet that includes borders on one - they print
fine. If she print the same Spreadsheet on the other -
it will not print the borders. Is this a setting issue?
