Not really.

Before we can help:
You need to understand what it means to plot data.
You also need to understand the difference between a plot of many
"categories" and a scatterplot which uses dates as an expression of
numerical values.
You also need to understand exactly what is being represented in the
spreadsheet cells which you believe to contain "Dates".
