Excel COM-Add-in does not fire on XP

Hi,

I developed an Excel COM Add-in using VB6 that I've been able to verify to
work
in the Office 2000/windows 2000 platform. However, when testing the same
add-in
under Office 2003 professional/ Windows XP SP1, the addin does not even fire
the onstartupcomplete event... I tried it under Office 2003
professional/windows 2000,
and it works. Does anybody know if is there something in XP that does not
allow it to fire such event..?

Hi again,

I just found out that the value for the loadbehavior is not
well defined in the registry, and when I changed to a 3, the add-in
loaded with no problems. How do I make sure that the loadbehavior
is well defined? I know that I can use the add-in designer, but this project
did not use it since the beginning. Is it there any way to adapt it after
the project was created?
