excel file has too many fields to import into Outlook

I am importing an Excel spreadsheet into Outlook with contact information. I
have about 20 fields that I have defined/named such as name, address, fax,
etc. When I try to import, Outlook tells me that I have too many fields.
The fields should match up with Contact perfectly.

HELP!
