Excel File Size Limit

I have an Excel file that is quite large (14 MB) and am concerned about it's
integrity due to it's size. Is there a limit to file size?

No. You do back up regularly don't you?

Yes, I do back up regularly. So, I could double the file size and it would
still be okay? We've discussed moving it to a server that's backed up daily.

Looks like I'm in the Macintosh chat area? Is Excel on the Macintosh more
reliable than on the PC.

Yes, you are in the Macintosh area. I'm glad to hear you back up regularly.
I know this will generate some conflicting responses, but In my opinion
(after using both Macintosh and Windows versions of Excel daily for years)
the reliability is about the same. Each has quirks depending on what you are
doing. Size of the file itself, is more of an Operating system issue than an
Excel one, size alone probably has no effect on reliability. And, what do
you mean by "reliability"?
