Excel Macro to Delete Some Text

I need an Excel Macro which will delete the first 9 digits (left side) of
every cell in a column. When I created the macro it did not work but just
copied text from the cells I had used to create the macro. This is probably
pretty easy but I'm a bit of a dummy.
