Excel macros in Powerpoint

I was wondering if there is a relationship between Excel and Powerpoint. I
want to run a Macro that picks up sheets in Excel and dumps them into
Powerpoint. Also, can the files in Powerpoint be linked so that updates in
Excel feed into Powerpoint. Does anyone know if this is possible?
