Excel, multiple tables in one sheet.

Is there any way to create two tables on one sheet. Example, one may have
different size rows and columns. It seems like if you adjust a column width
it applies to all cells in that column. I'm trying to just change the width
of a few.

Since there is only One row 1 and only One column A, if you must place
two separate tables on the same sheet they must be placed diagonally. In
other words the upper left cell of the second table MUST be placed
below and to the right of the lowest, rightmost cell of first table. As
an alternative, you could place the second table on a second sheet in
the same workbook!

An alternate option, might be to create a table in Word and save and
close it. Then open Excel: Data, import external data, find the file,
and put into your Excel document. It would look different, however.
