Excel sharing a new view

I have setup a shared workbook and made some changes to how it is to work and
be viewed. But when I pull it up on any other user it shows the revious view.
How can this be corrected so everyone sees it how I want them to see the
workbook?

Are you saying they are seeing tracked changes when they open the
workbook?
