excel spreadsheet and put it into publisher its prints blurry??

I am trying to take and excel spreadsheet and put it into publisher when I do
it prints very blurry what am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

Copy the cells, paste special in Publisher. Or insert, object, tick "create from
file", browse to your file.
