Excel Spreadsheet as a Form

I assume this has been covered, but I can't find the post.

software: FrontPage and Excel XP
project: I need to post a working (with formulas) excel
spreadsheet that my client created. Seems simple enough.
But I need each visitor who works with the spreadsheet to
be able to fill it in, "save"/submit it to the client
(preferably into a new spreadsheet) or as a delimited
file that excel can read.

No can do

Put the .xls file on the web for users to download, fill out and Email back to your client,
or use a Database Solution w/ ASP for your formulas
