Thank you!!! Now when I insert the object, I need to stretch to fit the
page, but when I do that, it changes it's look on its own and I can't get the
full worksheet on the page. I'm not sure how to explain it. When I drag the
corner of the worksheet to fit the page once I let up on the mouse it
re-creates itself and I can't see the full sheet, it cuts off the right side
and the bottom. Clear as mud?

I don't know what to tell you. Do you need the Excel chart in such a way that it
has to be updated? If not, copy/paste special as a picture. You then can resize
it.

When I copy and paste it as a picture it is quite fuzzy and unreadable.
We'll keep playing with it, there has to be a way to keep the whole page
showing.

thanks for your help

Already changed to landscape. Insert the object and it's smaller than the
margins, but the whole document is showing. When I try to re-size it decides
it doesn't want to show all of the document and cuts off the right hand side.

What are your printer's margin limitations? When you say it doesn't show, is
that in print preview? Can you change the cell sizes in Excel?

Try this, select the chart, right-click, click format object, size tab. Type a
width that will fit. You can uncheck the aspect ratio. Does this work?
