Exchange connectivity problem

Hi,

Occasionally there is a connectivity problem between Outlook 2002 and
Exchange 2000. Both the server and client have the latest service packs
installed. Sometimes Outlook 2002 pops up a windows saying that waiting for
retreiving e-mails from Exchange server.

Anyone gets any idea on what's happening? Thanks.
