Exchange, Hotmail, Pop, and IMAP all in one place

Hi there,

Here is my dilemna: I have multiple email accounts from
multiple sources (work, part-time job, home, school,
etc.) I would like to setup Outlook (not Outlook
Express) on my home machine as my one single mail
client. My accounts are Exchange, hotmail, Pop, and
IMAP. I have them all setup in Outlook, but the dilemna
is that I am always offline bc of I need to VPN into work
to be connected to the Exchange server.

Is it possible to always be online and just tell Outlook
when to sync the Exchange piece of the equation?

I ask bc I only sync Exchange a few times a day, but I
use the other accounts very very frequently.
