exe causing errors

Hi
I downloaded an lable assistant program for Word by Herma, the provaider of
lables. This ended up winword.exe causing errors. No rapport was created.
How do I correct this? Reload word?

Remove the Herma program and any addin (template) that it has installed in
the Word startup folder. It should not be necessary to re-install Word.
