Expandable Menus

I was wondering If I am able to make a menu in Publisher 2000 very much like
the ones to the right. Where you can maximize and minimize the menu. Is it
possible? If not, does anybody know of a better solution or something
similar to it.

To the right of what? Many of us are using Usenet (nntp) to view the newsgroup.

As David Bartosik told you on the webdesign forum on the 14th, you can use
javascript. You can check various javascript sites for a folding menu tree
script. There are a couple on this page:

And if none of those work, then try Googling for "folding menu tree script'.
