I recently converted to Exchange 2003, using Outlook 2000. Prior to that I
was using Outlook 2000 with IMO.
Prior to the change, when rules processed new mail, it would move the mail
and expand the folder to indicate the new mail item. Now the rules process
the mail correctly, but do not expand the folder.
I expect this is because the rules are being processed by Exchange rather
than at the local machine; so my question is ... can Exchange be configured
to expand fodlers with unread mail?
Thanks,
Tom
