I am trying to get Microsoft IE to send web pages through
Microsoft Outlook instead of Outlook Express. In tools
Explorer shows that Outlook "not Outlook Express" has been
selected but when I choose send it opens the page to
Express which does not have all my address book. Is there
another place to check settings?

Yeah, in Outlook. Make sure it says it is the default mail program.

Under Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs tab, make Outlook Express
the default mail client. Then change it back.

I tried your suggestion 2 ways "change to and change back"
applying on each step. Did not work. Then I repeated the
steps and restarted the computer after each one. It did
not change.
Thanks
