Explorer windows pop up on startup after installing powertoys

After I installed the Outlook to OneNote and IE to OneNote powertoys I get
two Windows Explorer windows that pop open whenever I start (or restart) my
computer. Both the windows are identical and navigate to the IE to OneNote
folder. How do I stop this from occurring every time I start my computer?

Check your Startup folder -- Start | Programs | Startup and see if you see
them listed there.
