Export Access form field info. to Word form fields?

Hi,

I have a Access database in which upon completing the form fields, I would
like for the user to click a command button and have about four of the fields
from the Access form to load the same fields on a word form for example: Loan
Number, Last Name, First Name and QC'd by, and then print the form after the
fields have been loaded. Is this possible and if so, how involved of a
process is this?
