Is there a way to export recourse, actual work on a daily basis to excel
(time sheet)?
I have try to use save as to pivot table, and I get actual work used on
project, but not when (date) it was registered

Keep in mind there are no true actuals in MS Projects. The task starts with
an estimated duration and resources. You are only telling MS Projects what %
Complete you feel the task is. Actuals are what came to work that day.
Have you used the Analyze Timescale Data in Excel?

Yes i have, but then i dont get the resources. It say that i dont have
resources allocated if i choose analyser from another view thn gant view
That is not truen, i have allocated resources to all tasks and even added
actual hrs. So what i want is to have resourse - task - hrs pr day.

Is this what you are doing:
View>Resource Usage - you should see man-hours (work) here. You can right
mouse click on the right side to add............
Analyze Timescale Data in Excel - When you get to step 2 you must pick the
information you want to see in Excel
Let me know if this helps.

When you say "I don't get the resource", do you mean the resource name does
not come over? Are you trying to produce a progress or manpower
curve............?
Do you have resources assigned to your schedule task?
More information and I may be able to help.

Yes i mean resource name, I have resources added to the tasks and we have
actual hrs imported from project web server.
We want to export a report to excel that have all necessary information
according to how much hrs has been used and to witch project /tasks When I
using analyser I only get actual hrs that’s fine, but I still miss recourses
in that report
I am also using a master plan where all projects are linked inn to this
project, I guess that should not make any difference. Or ??

I use the "Analyze Time Scale Data in Excel". Once you click on this it ask
what you want fields export. Have you hsed this?
Step one is to View>Resource Useage. Here you can also modify what
information you need to review. Right mouse click in the graphic area and
click on Detail Styles. This does not determine what will be exported but may
be a help.
Step two "Analyze Time Scale Data in Excel". This should give you the
resources.
Good Luck

I did test this in a single project, that work. greate. But i cant make this
work on a masterprojcet where i have linked in other projects. I get a
message that say "add one or more resources to the project"

I have never used a master project in MS Projects so I am at a loss. My last
suggestion is to do a search on "sharing resources". Good Luck
