Export Addresses

I am going to re-format my laptop and wanted to export my
contacts from Outlook so I don't lose them all. I tried
using the export function, but it's not installed. So I
insert the disk like the computer asks for, but I get
this error:

The "Microsoft Office 2000 Professional" is not a valid
installation package for the product Microsoft Office
2000 Professional. Try to find the installation
package "DATA1.MSI" in a folder from which you can
install Microsoft Office 2000 Professional.

Any ideas???
