Export/Import Existing Rules?

Outlook 2K2 (i.e. Office XP)

I have a bunch of rules on my computer at work (to which I add
occasionally), and I'd like to copy them to my to my computer at home. Is
there a way to export/import them? Or do I have to re-create them at home?
