Export Inbox fields from Outlook 2000 to Excel

Only a limited number of fields are displayed in the "Map Custom Fields" dialogue. For example I can't see Date Received, why is this and what can I do to get all fields displayed?

Not all columns can be exported indeed. If you have Access you can do an
Import from within Access and it wil pull the received column.
