Export mailing addresses to file for merging labels at end of day.

How can I setup a macro or merge document that multiple people can send
mailing address info through the day and we can print labels a the end of the
day?

This sounds like you might need something like an Access database where the user
can call up a form, fill in the information. The database would have to
automatically include a time-stamp. Then you could have a query that pulls the
records for the current day. Link the mail merge to that query, and you should
be all set.
