Export Microsoft Project to Excel or others

I am maintaining a rather large project schedules (250 rows that span across
3 years). Is there a way to export the content to EXCEL or any other
Microsoft program because not every body in my department has Project
software. EXCEL, yes.

Thanks you.

You can file save/as Excel. Nor more complicated than that.

However, you'll need to be concious of what data you expect so that
those viewing the project information in Excel will get the message you
wish to convey. I consider Excel output from Project as "source code".

And even if you they had Project, not everyone surely would know how to
use it so even distributing in mpp files is not the a good answer.

You may wish to consider, instead, sending them better quality
information by considering alternative communication means:

: save reports from project into Adobe PDF format
: take screen shots the Gant Chart (using the camera icon)
: save some filtered data to HTML files and let them use a browser
