I am scheduling several people for daily tasks using microsoft Office 2003
and wish to email that calendar to someone else so that on one computer is
everyone. Calender for joe, bob, jane, etc. So i schedule for joe all week
and then send to central computer. I can do a little but instead of sending
just one file with everything it sends (for example on monday I have 5
things scheduled) 5 separate files.
