Exporting Contacts, but contact folder does not appear

L

LostInOutlook

Hi,
I have Outlook 2003, on xp. I am trying to export my contacts to excel,
when I go to contacs > File> Import and Export > Export to a file >Microsoft
Excel. I see "+Archive" with no contacst in the expansion. My question is
how do I get the contact folder to appear so I may export the data?

Thank you ,

Why don't you just copy the .pst file, which contains that data?

It sounds like you're looking in the wrong part of the Outlook folder
hierarchy. Contacts usually are not archived. Look for the Contacts folder
under a different information store.
