Exporting Contacts

Can I export all of my contacts on my work Outlook to a "data stick"
and import them from the "data stick" to my home Outlook?

If I can do this, which data stick do I need to buy and how do I do
this? Please excuse my ignorance, but I'm new to computing.

You can export your contacts to PST file on any drive letter you choose - if
you have a USB flash memory thingy, it should show up as a drive letter in
your Explorer and you can direct it there. Import on your other computer
from the drive mapped to the USB memory.
