Exporting emails from Outlook 2003

I would like to export all of my stored emails from Outlook so that I
can input them into a database program.
I use Outlook 2003 on the PC at work, and I would like to export
several years worth of emails that I store in Personal folders into a
format that I can transfer to a Mac, and import them into a program
called Devonthink.
Is there a way to get all of my emails out, and stored in a
subdirectory so that I can just copy them onto a flashdrive and then
move them to my Mac?

In what format will your Mac require them to be?

Devonthink can take data in a variety of formats. It can accept plain
text, Microsoft word(Mac)RTF, HTML, XML, PDFs, csvs and a few others.

I'd try exporting them in the CSV format, then.

Thanks. Is there a way to export an entire Personal folder, or do I
need to do it folder by folder? I set up a personal folder for each
year, and then within this personal folder I have subfolders,
generally based on project. I would like to be able to export an
entire personal folder worth of emails in one go, and if possible have
the folder structure maintained.
Is this possible?

Folder by folder, I'm afraid, unless you can find a third-party tool to do
them all.

Frankly, I haven't tried it, but it would be easy enough for you to do so.
