Exporting from Outlook 2000

I currently run Outlook 2000 on Windows 98. I have
purchased a new PC and intend to run Outlook Express on
Windows XP.
I need to export my address book (wab file) and personal
folders (.pst files)on to a zip disc so that I can import
them into my new machine.
My first problem is that 'Export' is not available in
Outlook 2000 (in spite of having made sure that the files
are not shared)
Help anyone out there!

You must not be looking in the right place.
Are you saying that Outlook's File menu has no "Import and Export..."
option?
Outlook does not use a WAB file.
Nor is Exporting even a good idea. Just copy and reuse your PST file.
