Exporting MCIMAIL folders to Outlook

We have recently updated out office desktops to utilize
OUTLOOK instead of MCIMAIL. However I still need to
transfer my old mail folders to OUTLOOK. The only utility
I can find is MAPROOM but it costs $25. I just need a
simple way to convert the files from the MCIMAIL .TXT type
to the .CSV that outlook can import. Any suggestions would
be very helpful.
