Exporting Personal files & Address Book

Roady,
I am having a similar issue. How can I copy my inbox to a
different location outside of outlook. Like on the server
as a backup copy.

Just do it: Close Outlook, and copy the file. Also see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.htm for tools that do such backups automatically.
