exporting to .csv files in outlook

when i try to export my contact to a anything other than .pst file using the
export wizard i dont have any folders to select from.
I know this should work as i have done it previously. How do i get the
folders back in the list?

Hard to say. How did you lose it? Can't happen all by itself or for no
reason.
