I have a group of users who are currently pulling emails from an
external pop3 email account into their Outlook. Currently, they will
attend to an email and CC the replies back into the mailbox so that the
others will know that the mail has been tended to.
That is inefficient. I have an Exchange Server 2003 and was wondering
if I could set that pop3 account as a Public Folder so that emails that
have been attended to can be sorted into a subfolder and the other
users will not have to double check them.
Any replies going out will have to bear the email account's email
address.
