External Task Resource Names Field Empty

Hi everyone,

I set up dependencies between several files within a
master file, through project insertion. My problem is that
in the individual MS-Project files, the external
predecessors do show up, but the resource names field is
blank, even though there is data in the corresponding
predecessor file.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get the
external predecessor resource names to show up? Btw I'm
using MS-Project '98
