I have an e-mail I send each month. I take last months e-mail and copy the
message to a new e-mail. Then update the information. My problem is when I
copy from the old e-mail into the new e-mail my ruler puts an extra tab
holder between my bullets and I have to remove that formatting of the ruler
for every line so that all the bullets and paragraphs line up correctly. A
lot of extra work since all I wanted to do is copy the template I created.
Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
