Extract data into Excel or Access

is it possible that i can extract some text from my email into access or
excel e.g
i need to get all text strings starting with 0300..... in to a specific
excel column and an other string which may be or contain "block" or "activate"

Yes, use the import function of Access or export the specific folder to an
Excel sheet and apply the needed filtering via that application.
