Extracting data as text

I have a Project 98 file that has apparently been corrupted. Is there
any way to extract the Notes or Tasks, or any of the data as text?

John,
I assume it is corrupted to the point where you can't even open it.
Unless you saved a backup you are out of luck. You could try opening it
with Word (open any file mode), but it will be a major undertaking to
decipher the actual data from mass of characters.
