I have a MOSS 2007 farm with 2 WFEs, a crawl, index, and app server.
Project Server is installed but trying to provision PWA is proving
akward to say the least.
It has been successful for us in other test envionments.
The problem is I get the error "Failed - see the Event Log" when I try
to provision the site. Problem is there's nothing written to the
log. The databsaes do not get created either, and nothing in the SP
logs.
Initailly we had one SSP. Provisiosning PWA there resulted in it
sitting in a limbo of "Waiting for resources". Unable to do anything
with that, I created a new SSP and moved all the apps over to that. I
go to provision a new PWA and now I get the Failed error.
I know other people have run into this, but i've not seen any
discussion that helps me.
Any thoughts?
The infrastructure update is on this box also.
