Hello
Sorry for my English!!

I have a problem about send a FAX with Outlook:

I have 1 Windows 2003 R2 all hotfixes and patches
I have a domain
I installed Fax service
I shared Fax Printer

I have a Xp or 2000 client all hotfixes and patches
I have Office 2000 all hotfixes and patches
I add a shared server Fax printer on the client
I add the Shared Fax Mail Transport service to an Outlook profile

I send fax messages whit Fax printer, Send Fax Wizard and Outlook!
All test to send fax is ok!
But...

If I use Fax printer or Send Fax Wizard to send fax messages, all the cover
page filed "Date", "Subject", "Note", "A", "To", and "Pages" is correctly
printed on the cover page to receiving fax machine

If I use Outlook to send a fax messages only the filed Note is printed after
cover page on a new page to receiving fax machine

I havent found any help yet on the web.
Should you help me?

Thanks

Fax integration with Outlook has always been meager. Outlook's cover pages
have never been populated as you would expect them to. Are you using the
method described here?
