I am considering the use of Project to model time boxed Agile Iterations. One
of the challenges to this is that Agile is very team oriented. The team has
reponsibility for completing several user stories (use-cases) in each
iteration. Rigorously, I suppose this is equal to a single bucket task,
modeling all the work done on the iteration, and a series of milestones, one
for each user story, dependent on the bucket task. At the end of the
iteration, either the user storeies were completed and tested -- or not. If
they were completed, the milestore is set to 100% complete. If not, the
milestone/user story is moved to the next iteration.
Any Ideas?
Any first hand experience?
HOW Would Project Server 2007 help with this???
Can I assign resources to summary tasks in 2007 ???
