You would need to use the Guest Book form or you would need to use a database, etc.

Not possible using the FP Guest Book or feed back form, you would need a custom server-side script
written in whatever scripting language is supported by your web host and a database, so that you can
review the submissions prior to may them viewable by others.

Custom, means you have to learn to write it yourself or hire someone to do it, but you have to first
determine what is supported by your web host.

you can't moderate the FP guestbook in the manner you're suggesting.

unless as you've said, you receive all entries by email, then decide from
the email messages which to actually post to the site by cut & paste.

do you mean that I will not be able to submit these entries which I receive
it by email, to the site automatically. I have to cut and paste.

Yes.

The FP feedback form is only designed to either store submission in a text file and/or to send an
email.

The FP Guest book is designed to store the submissions in a HTML page for viewing on the site,
however it doesn't have any features for moderating the posting and nor is it designed to send
email.
