Field or Macro ?

I have a template and in this template, the name of a person and address
needs to be inserted in several places. I don't want a mail merge for a small
document.
Is there a field or macro that once I fill out the name once, the name will
be filled out in all the other areas of the document, and same for the
address, once filled out, it will be placed in the other areas of the
documents.

Any assistance or directions to where I should be looking would be much
appreciated.

Thank you. I think I've found what I'm looking for. Have bookmarked your page
and also printed your instructions so I can have a good look at a later time,
when there is some peace and quiet around and I can concentrate.
