File conversion

I have a Powerpoint Proposal and everytime I attempt to
email it it shows up as an .exe file and gets blocked..

How do I covert it over to a .ppt file

Michael,

Try zipping the file (with something like winzip). This can help the ppt file get through some email system. Unless even
more email systems have closed their doors to zip files.
