Could you let me know your detailed request?

For the search aspect, each tool in Groove has their own feature. Please
check the following article:
Description of the Full Text search functionality in Groove

Meanwhile, you can use "search funtion" in the Form Tool in Groove,
including the advanced search function.

This the big problem of groove... You can't search files... and if you have
large workspaces and big teams.. that's really frustrating, hopefully they'll
add this feature for 2007.

If you need to search, then my recommendation would be to use a File
Sharing space.
